Procurement of PPE Supplies

Item Description:

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

The IOM issues this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Procurement of PPE Supplies.

Please submit your best quotation for the items listed in the attached RFQ on a company letterhead duly signed and stamped.

1. Requirements: Note that  if you miss one  of the  requirements  your quotation will be disqualified automatically.
2. All prices to be quoted must be valid at least for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation
3. Price per unit (where applicable). Total price in Kenya Shillings (KES)
4. Indicate Expiry if applicable
5. IOM is VAT Exempted. Please do not include VAT. Please indicate Exclusive Vat your prices
6. Total Price MUST BE  INDICATED .
7. Payment Terms-30days After delivery
8. Indicate Delivery date from date of receiving LPO.
9. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
10. Put  the  reference Number as  the  subject  in the  email
11. Work plan  should  be  provided if  applicable
