Provision of Space Seating Planning and Design Services

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is seeking to enter into a Time bound Long-Term Arrangement for Services (LTA-S) with a vendor for the provision of SPACE SEATING PLANNING & DESIGN SERVICES, as may be needed from time to time for an initial period of twenty-four (24) months, with a possible renewal for an additional period of twelve (12) months, subject to the satisfactory performance.

The purpose of this Long-Term Agreement is to establish a framework with a qualified vendor, who can provide a precise seating planning that offers equity in space to each staff member, reflect the values of UNICEF, and achieve cost-efficient use of space.

Whereas core efforts and deliverables are initially foreseen for the period July – December 2019, UNICEF holds it possible to be needing similar services from time to time throughout 2020 – 2021.
