Procurement of Public Spaces – Upgrading of Existing Parks in Sahiwal & Sialkot

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Project (PICIIP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned hereunder and in the Bidding Documents.

The Program Management Unit (PMU), Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP), Local Government & Community Development Department, Punjab, Pakistan (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Public Spaces – Upgrading of Existing Parks in Sahiwal & Sialkot (the “Works”).
