Provision of a Catering Service for EMSA (Lot 1) & EMCCDA (Lot 2)

Item Description:

The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Objective

EMSA and EMCDDA aim to conclude two separate framework contracts with (a) suitable contractor(s) to supply mainly (but not limited to) catering services to EMSA (Lot 1) & EMCDDA (Lot 2), mainly at the headquarters located in Cais do Sodré, Lisbon, Portugal (respectively Praça da Europa 4 and 1). Catering services may also be requested to be provided outside the headquarters.

Tenderers may submit offers for both lots or only one of them.

Lot 1: Provision of a Catering Service for EMSA

The main responsibility of the contractor is to provide healthy, balanced and tasty food options to EMSA’s staff and visitors during EMSA events.

Lot 2: Provision of a Catering Service for EMCDDA

The main responsibility of the contractor is to provide healthy, balanced and tasty food options to EMCDDAs staff and visitors during EMCDDA events.
