Provision of a Cloud-Based “Visitor Management Tool and Implementation Services”

The Inter-American Development Bank (“IDB” or “Bank”) was established in December of 1959 to help accelerate economic and social development in Latin America and the Caribbean. Purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP)

The Bank has developed this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified firms (“Offerors” or “Vendor”) for a cloud-based “Visitor Management Tool and Implementation Services”, which will replace the existing tool. details as described in Annex A – Terms of Reference. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of the requirements to enable Offerors to respond, and it provides the basis upon which Offerors’ proposals will be evaluated.
