The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) Division invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for provisions of a Digital Asset Management system to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)
The scope of work will entail provision of a user-friendly online structured repository for both internal and limited public access to, searching and sharing of IPBES digital assets, including but not limited to images, photographs, videos, audio files, presentations and portable document format (.PDF) files.
Required Outputs
- Provision of a Digital Asset Management tool that will be capable of meeting IPBES requirements.
- Supporting the uploading of up to 500Gb of existing digital assets to the DAM tool, maintaining as closely as possible the existing file tree structure and meta-data.
Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued.
Detailed Terms of References shall be included in the consecutive solicitation documents that will be issued after this REOI is closed.
