Provision of Air Ducts Cleaning Of Wings “B” And “C” of IFAD HQ

The International Fund for Agricultural Development a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals. IFAD is issuing this Request for Proposal for the provision of an in depth cleaning of wing B and C air ducts at IFAD Headquarters (henceforth called “IFAD HQ”). IFAD places this technical service within its operational profile and seeks a provider who guarantees quality service, reliability, and safety & security as key components of its service. This activity will physically open up the air ducts and air handling unit, inspect/test and remove the accumulated debris of fourteen years, and test the air quality before and after the cleaning. This would further reinforce staff safety prior to the projected increase in physical presence in HQ.
