Provision of Audio-Visual Production Services to UNMIK

With the purpose of covering various events and Programmatic Activities of the Mission, the Contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Creative Development and Sourcing: creative solutions from diverse perspectives; engaging professionals such as writers, musicians, strategists, technologists, filmmakers, animators and artists;
2. Pre-Production: Script Breakdown, Production Scheduling, Casting, Location Scouting, Hair & Makeup, Prop/Set Design, etc.;
3. Production: Directing, Production Crews, Production Management, Stages, Filming, Audio, Grip & Lighting, etc.;
4. Post-Production: Editing services for all purposes, such as marketing and corporate communications, feature and documentary films. This includes managing digital imaging technicians, post-production, planning & supervision, story producing, editing, transcription and translation of the soundbites and informative texts to be added to videos in the formats such as subtitles and title screens in three languages (English, Albanian and Serbian), color correction, music composition & sound design, compression, multi- format output & delivery, motion graphics & animation, poster design;
5. Production of various video products such as: Event coverage, live streaming, hybrid events, TV ads, corporate communications, videos of events and statements, video features, documentary films, animated videos, video vox pops, video material for outreach purposes, and other such video products in accordance with the needs of the Mission.
6. Photography: Event photography, portraits, coverage of the Mission’s projects and activities, photographs of official meetings.

This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
