Item Description:
The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the Establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of Cleaning and Pest Control Services for UNSCOL, located in Baabda (Mount Lebanon), Lebanon.
In this regard, the Contractor render the following services:
- Cleaning services to UNSCOL Offices and Residence and the prefabricated containers and other common areas with related cleaning materials, agents, consumables and supplies and other equipment and machines for the execution of the services.
- Fumigation and Pest Control Services.
The Contractor shall operate in compliance with the United Nations General Conditions of Contract, United Nations Environmental Policy for UN Field Missions, World Health Organization (WHO) especially the latest recommendations on COVID 19 in addition to applicable laws of the Lebanese Government.
The Scope of Work and other related technical details will be provided upon the issuance of the bidding exercise.
For the purpose of, UNIFIL will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in the future and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement.
Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a price offer/proposal.
