Provision of Cleaning, Car Washing, Gardening, Garbage Disposal and Pest Control Services

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization in Jerusalem (UNTSO) has a requirement for cleaning, car wash, gardening, garbage disposal, pest control and other services within UNTSO premises at Government House, Jerusalem.

The duration of contract is three (3) years with the option of a further extension for another two one-year periods (1+1), five (5) years in total, subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, availability of Mission funds and extension of its mandate.

In general terms, under this service category, the personnel furnished shall be direct employees of the Contractor. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all contract employees are qualified to perform the specified job task and to guarantee minimum wage, periods of leave and insurance coverage for its entire staff.

The Contractor shall, without additional expense to UNTSO, be responsible for complying with the laws, codes, ordinances and regulations applicable to the performance of the work, including those of the Government, and with the lawful orders of any governmental authority having jurisdiction.
