    Item Description:

World Food Programme is seeking the service of a qualified provider of Cybersecurity Awareness content. These services are required in order to start the planning, preparation, and launch of a new corporate Cybersecurity Awareness programme in early 2018.

The purpose of this programme is to provide the most current and relevant information technology security and awareness training to all staff globally, with content that covers all aspects of our enterprise multi-role user scenario.

Addressing cybersecurity issues is a high priority for the organization and to mitigate the related risks, cybersecurity awareness training is an activity that needs to be expanded. We would like to improve staff cybersecurity awareness through comprehensive online or web-based courses that will deliver a positive user experience and result in behavioral changes.

The solution needs to be designed to operate on a continuous 24/7 basis. For flexibility, the model should be a cloud-based system with the possibility of alternative hosting on our internal (Cross Knowledge) learning management platform, WeLearn.

Ideally, we would like to choose from a suite of courses and/or modules to focus on awareness training that will best fit the organization. We would like to evaluate customisation and branding options, although this is not an absolute requirement.

Based on the different categories of the audience identified for this initiative we foresee the following 3-course tracks: Basic Cybersecurity Awareness Training (All staff), Advanced Cybersecurity Awareness Training (specialists) and Advanced Cybersecurity Awareness Training for IT (IT staff).
