Item Description:

The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The documents are published in English.

Purpose

Provision of secure and reliable colocation space, which includes a cage with initially 2 racks and provision for additional 2, in close proximity to the premises of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), ensuring the safe and uninterrupted hosting of ENISA’s critical IT infrastructure. Furthermore, the purpose extends to the provision of all ancillary services necessary for the proper functioning of the hosted environment, including but not limited to, power supply and management, cooling systems, power redundancy, network connectivity, and ongoing maintenance and technical support. It is required to ensure the 24/7 protection of ENISA’s critical infrastructure and continuity of operations
