Provision of Equipment for Microbiology Laboratories

Item Description:

The Mission of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) is to take forward the EU’s neighbourhood and enlargement policies, as well as coordinating relations with EEA-EFTA countries insofar as Commission policies are concerned. DG NEAR works closely with the European External Action Service and the line DGs in charge of thematic priorities.

By implementing assistance actions in Europe’s eastern and southern neighbourhood, DG NEAR supports reform and democratic consolidation, and strengthens the prosperity, stability and security around Europe. DG NEAR helps to promote EU values, policies and interests in this region, and to contribute to developing the special relationship of the EU with its neighbouring countries.

Subject of this contract

Scope of the contract is supply, transport, unloading, installation, commissioning, testing of the equipment for microbiological laboratories in the following location in Montenegro:- Special Hospital Brezovik, – PHCC Kotor,- PHCC Niksic, – PHCC Bar, – PHCC Berane, – PHCC Bijelo Polje, – PHCC Budva, – PHCC Cetinje, – PHCC Ulcinj, Supply will include all spare parts recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment as well training of the staff of the relevant institutions and warranty. Tenderer attention is drawn to the fact that this supply will go in parallel with works contract on reconstruction/refurbishment of the facilities and therefore timing of the supply will have to be aligned with completion of the works of adaptation of microbiological laboratories. Tenderer must provide delivery of equipment according to the programme of works on the adaptation of the laboratory and do deliveries after the completion of the works.
