Item Description:
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) in Brindisi, Italy hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the establishment of long-term contract for the supply and delivery of fiber optic cables in accordance with the Description of Requirements below:
Provision of fiber optic cables and accessories on an “as and when required” basis. The contract term shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with the UNGSC’s sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (3+1+1).
The materials to be supplied shall comply with the specified product characteristics and with International standards such as RoHS, CESI, IMQ, and CE and covered by a minimum two-year manufacturers’ warranty.
Delivery terms: Delivery at Place (DAP), UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy (Incoterms 2010).
The Delivery Time must not exceed six (6) calendar weeks from the date of receipt of the Order.
In order to be awarded a Contract/Purchase Order, the Bidder/Vendor must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) for the required Level of Registration, which is “Level 2” before the award of the Contract/Purchase Order.
