Supply of electricity for the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA)

The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) is an agency of the European Union located in Lisbon, Portugal. The EMCDDA strives to be the “reference point” on drug usage for the European Union’s member states, and to deliver “factual, objective, reliable and comparable information” about drug usage, drug addiction and related health complications, including hepatitis, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis.

The EMCDDA is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure.

Under this invitation to tender, the aim is to select a contractor to supply electricity services for the 3 (three) meters located at the headquarters, in the ‘Palacete do Relógio’ building and in the car park, all located at Cais do Sodré, Praça Europa 1, 1249-289 Lisboa, Portugal. There is one low-voltage meter at each location. This invitation to tender will result in 3 (three) contracts, one for each meter, between the contractor and the EMCDDA.
