Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Lao People’s Democratic Republic has received a financing from the ADB toward the cost of Second Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of Vang Vieng Landfill Management Equipment (1 unit Landfill bulldozer and 1 unit Crawler type excavator) (“the Goods”) and delivery to Vang Vieng Landfill site at Vang Vieng within 30 – 60 days following effectiveness of contract.
National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB as described in the Bidding Documents.
