Provision of graphic design services and image-related services

Item Description:

The European Union (EU) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the procurement procedure mentioned above. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and the tender specifications, with their respective annexes. The documents are published in English.

Description of required services

The purpose of this contract is:

1. The provision of graphic design services to support the European Parliament’s communication projects, to include art direction, designs of a wide array of graphic products (print and digital) and versioning across formats/languages as needed;

2. The procurement of audiovisual materials, specifically the research/search and procurement of licenses/rights to use existing photographs, videographic materials and recorded audio in the production of communication materials.
