Item Description:
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is an international financial institution and a specialised agency of the United Nations dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas of developing countries.
Purpose of this tender
The purpose of this Tender is to request proposals for 24/7 helpdesk 1ST level support by email in three languages: English, French and Spanish.
The prospective Contractor will work with IFAD’s internal Staff to provide helpdesk services to the IFAD Client Portal (ICP). It is expected that the helpdesk service be provided from a remote location and not necessarily from IFAD Headquarters.
