Item Description:
The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (“EASA”, “the Agency” or “the contracting authority”) is planning to award the contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice and present procurement documents (I. Invitation to Tender, II. Tender Specifications and its annexes & III. Draft Contract).
Description of the Subject and Scope of the Contract
At EASA, interim staff services solutions may be needed:
- in order to replace EASA staff members absent because of maternity/parental leave or sickness leave of different duration;
- to cope with peak periods of workload requiring additional workforce or for ad-hoc projects and tasks in duly justified circumstances.
The overall objective of this framework contract is to support EASA by providing in an efficient, flexible and professional way the necessary interim staff as further described in the procurement documents.
As direct employer of the interim staff, the contractor remains solely responsible for its own staff as regards to their employment contract (payroll, holidays, sick leave, social and pension contributions, etc..) and any further legal conditions laid down by the related German Law in force.
