Provision of international internet connectivity to Word-Wide Web

The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) have requirements for the provision of Internet services in Libya as follows:

UNSMIL seeks to engage a professional Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide unfettered international internet connectivity to world-wide-web at its facilities at Oea Village Janzour, Tripoli, and Sirte, Libya.

It is the intension of UNSMIL to identify competent Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to deliver an Internet Services with a capacity of 200Mbps with primary as Microwave originating from Tripoli City with minimum number of repeater points and a redundant alternate network with fibre connectivity and satellite connectivity with as the least optional network.

UNSMIL’s office in Sirte requires an Internet Service Provider (ISP) through fibre connectivity for its operations.

UNSMIL intends to identify competent Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to deliver an Internet Services with a fibre optics backbone network. The service is to be terminated at UNSMIL HQ in Libya.
