Provision of Local Fund Agent (LFA) Services

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the Global Fund) is requesting information in relation to providing Local Fund Agent (LFA) services in the countries listed in Annex A: List of Countries and Cost Template. Information is sought from both existing LFAs and organizations who can demonstrate that they have the necessary credentials to provide LFA services in the future.

In order to assess the availability of high quality and best value LFA service providers in countries where the Global Fund is financing programs, the Global Fund is inviting organizations to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) by submitting information for any or all of the countries listed in Annex A. The information obtained from the RFI will assist the Global Fund to evaluate the availability of viable organizations and help decide whether a more detailed formal tender exercise (Request for Proposals) may be required in any of the countries listed in Annex A.

Organizations, including the incumbent LFAs, interested in providing LFA services to the Global Fund in any of the countries listed in Annex A are requested to respond to the questions below and for each of those countries listed in Annex A complete the enclosed cost templates and Conflict of Interest (CoI) declaration form.
