Provision of Managed Print Services for ESCAP and other Clients in Bangkok

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a qualified company who is able to provide managed print services for ESCAP and its clients located at ESCAP premises in Bangkok, Thailand.

Description of services: The scopes of managed print services shall include:
(a) Provision of leasing services of network multifunction office machines for the proposed document

stations of ESCAP, capable of printing, scanning, sending a fax and photocopying, inclusive of sorting and stapling on a cost-per-copy basis.

(b) Provision of all consumables for the leased network multifunction machines (recyclable printing/copy paper to be included).

(c) Provision of a minimum of two (2) qualified and experienced support technicians, who will be deployed full-time on-site at ESCAP premises on all UN working days.

Location of ESCAP premises: The UN Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok 10200 Thailand.

Contract Duration: The contract shall have an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) extension options of one (1) year each, totalling at five (5) years. An extension of the contract shall be at ESCAP’s sole discretion and shall also be subject to budgetary appropriations, contractor’s performance, and contractual personnel’s performances.
