Item Description:

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), is seeking a service provider for Multi-functional Printer Services (MFPS) at the Palais des Nations in Genva, Switzerland. The specific functionalities and services offered by the potential contractor should include, but are not limited to, the following: – A wide range of cost-effective managed services, including printing, copying, faxing and scanning, in black-and-white (B/W) and colour; – Provision of the necessary supporting back-end systems for Multi-function printers (MFP) that must allow for users to print to a shared print queue and retrieve their documents at any machine via login, pin, badge, etc., as well as having access to other MFP functions such as copy and scan; – Printing paper and toners with MFP; – Production printing services for high volume requirements; – Effective service for business process improvement/automation in relation to the evolving technology and the market evolution, ranging from flexible models and information management and security, to innovation, and incorporation of paper and digital process; – Software and automated workflow solutions; – Ability to offer services on a monthly lease basis and for short-term conferences as well as emergencies; – Environmentally friendly products;
