Provision of Office Furniture and Garden Equipment and Furniture to the European Asylum Support Office in Malta

The European Asylum Support Office (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are enclosed in the attached ZIP File.

EASO is planning to conclude a single framework supply contract for the provision of office furniture and garden equipment and furniture for EASO Headquarter in Malta.

The supplies that are the subject of this call for tender, including any minimum requirements, are described in detail in the Tender Specifications – part 2: Technical Specifications, hereafter referred to as “Technical Specifications”.

Variants (alternatives to the model solution described in the Technical Specifications) are not allowed. The Contracting authority will disregard any variants described in a tender.
