Provision of Technical and Logistical Support to the Activities of the Directorate-General Migration and Home Affairs and Related Policies

The European Commission, Directorate-General Migration and Home Affairs, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the framework contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes

The Contracting Authority intends to conclude the framework contract for the purpose of providing technical and logistical support to activities of the Directorate-General Migration and Home Affairs (DG HOME) and its policies. Activities covered concern technical assistance and logistical support to DG HOME linked to the elaboration and the conception of EU policies mainly, but not exclusively, in the area of home affairs as well as actions to promote and/or disseminate information on EU policies. The actions mainly include organisation of (technical) meetings, working groups, conferences, exhibitions and other types of events as well as complementary services around these activities and the provision of material, and technical equipment.
