Provision of Online and Face-to-Face Training Services to Candidate Volunteers of the EU Aid Volunteers Initiative

Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (‘the contracting authority’) is planning to award the contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the tender specifications and the draft contract(s) with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the enclosed ZIP File.

The agency wishes to conclude a contract to buy services for guided online training courses via a central training platform and face-to-face modules in the European Union (duration 9-12 days) including travel and accommodation of participants, and services for the assessment of the competences of candidate volunteers according to the provisions of Art. 3 and Annex of Regulation No 375/2014.
