Provision of services for internal and external medical checks on absences due to illness in Brussels (BE), Luxembourg (LU), and Ispra (IT)

Item Description:

The European Commission, Directorate General Human Resources and Security, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose of this contract

The purpose of this contract is to provide the ‘Health and Well-being – Working Conditions’ Directorate with individual service providers or groups of individual service providers, clinics, medical practices or ad-hoc consortia of medical specialists in the fields described in the four lots set out below.

This invitation to tender concerns services relating to medical checks on absences owing to illness in Brussels (BE), Luxembourg (LU) and Ispra (IT).

This invitation to tender is divided into four lots:

• Lot 1 In-house medical checks on sick leave – Brussels (BE);
• Lot 2 In-house medical checks on sick leave – Luxembourg (LU);
• Lot 3 In-house medical checks on sick leave – Ispra (IT);
• Lot 4 Off-site medical checks on sick leave – Brussels (BE).

Tenderers may submit tenders for all four lots. Each lot will be assessed independently of other lots. Tenders which cover only part of one lot or are declared as being conditional on the award of another lot are not permitted.
