The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), (referred to below as ‘the Office’), is planning to award, for each lot, a maximum of 4 framework contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure.
The scope and objectives, duration and estimated volume are further detailed in the procurement documents that consist, for each lot, of the following annexes:
- Annex I: Tender specifications
- Annex II: Technical specifications
- Annex III: Draft Framework Contract and General Terms and Conditions of the Office
- Annex IV: Standard Submission Form
- Annex V: SLA
- Guidebook for tenderers

Aim of the present call for tenders
The aim of the present call for tenders is to obtain services relating to project management, architecture and requirement analysis in the field of Information Technology (IT). The Office intends to award, for each lot, a maximum of four framework contract(s) under the cascade mechanism for the provision of these external IT services.
Lot 1: Services of Project Management and Architecture in the Field of Information Technology
The services to be offered are related to:
- programme management, project management and project support in the field of information technology;
- architecture in the field of information technology.
Lot 2: Services of Requirements Analysis in the Field of Information Technology
The objective of this procurement is the provision of requirements analysis services in the field of Information Technology, aimed at formulating functional and non-functional requirements and support during the life cycle of the information solutions.
