Provision of Translation and Proofreading Services from English to French / Spanish / Arabic / Portuguese

Item Description:

The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is an operational arm of the United Nations, dedicated to implementing projects for the United Nations System, international financial institutions, governments and other partners around the world.

UNOPS is hereby inviting suppliers to bid for the provision of Translation and Proofreading Services in the following languages:

• English to French
• English to Spanish (usually Latin American Spanish)
• English to Arabic (usually Modern Standard Arabic)
• English to Portuguese (usually Brazilian Portuguese)

And for the following bespoke technical needs and specialised subject matters:

1. Physical infrastructure, such as buildings, infrastructure for transportation, water and sanitation, energy, and solid waste management
2. Project Management 
3. Procurement 
4. Gender mainstreaming / equality 
5. Medical / health equipment 
6. Legal content / contracts

UNOPS wishes to establish maximum two (2) non-exclusive single vendor Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for each lot.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
