Provision of Travel Related Services to UNMOGIP in India

Item Description:

The United Nations Military Observer Group in India & Pakistan (UNMOGIP) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced and qualified companies for a solicitation it intends to issue for the provision of Air Ticketing /Travel Agent Services to facilitate the domestic air travel requirements for its staff located in India. The winning bidder will be awarded with a contract for an initial period of two years further extendable for a period of one year. The successful travel agent contractor shall provide full, prompt, accurate and expert domestic travel products and services to officers/staff of UNMOGIP and other travelers authorized/accredited under the System, in accordance with the UN policies, procedures and guidelines. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMOGIP reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission will receive the final Solicitation Documents.
