Item Description:
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is seeking to establish a contract initially for three years with a possibility of a one-year extension (3+1) for the provision of vehicle maintenance services for its office in Gaziantep, Turkey.
OCHA in total has 13 Toyota Land Cruisers located in Gaziantep, Turkey and is looking to procure regular and ad-hoc maintenance services.
OCHA Turkey is thus looking for an authorized TOYOTA provider for spare parts and services.
This is a Request for Expression of Interest for a solicitation process that will follow and not the actual solicitation. Exact requirements will be in the solicitaiton document which will be shared with the parties expressing their interest.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
The vendor must be a TOYOTA authorized dealer for spare parts and services.
The proposed vendor shall:
- Deliver a professional maintenance and repair services for 8 UNOCHA and 5 UNMM Toyota Land Cruisers as per manufacture’s recommendation.
- Provide completed maintenance and repair services that must be co-signed in the logbook of each vehicle for further reference and follow up.
- Have the know-how in maintenance services for Toyotas and are licenced to conduct maintenance and repair services including the provision of spare parts for Toyota Land Cruisers.
- Provide all of the necessary equipment, insurance, supervision and operating supplies and services.
