Provision of VMWare Citrix Software licenses

Item Description:

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide VMWare Citrix Software licenses.

OPCW has adopted VMWare ESX / ESXi (vSphere) as its standard Hypervisor for Virtualization. Unless justified otherwise, all new servers created in OPCW are VMs.

OPCW is currently using 26 VMWare vSphere 6 Enterprise licenses, 6 VMware vSphere Standard licenses and 2 VMWare vCenter 6 for vSphere licenses.

OPCW intends to upgrade these 26 VMWare vSphere 6 Enterprise licenses to vSphere 6 Enterprise Plus and discontinue using VMware vSphere Standard.

Interested bidders should contact Procurement to receive the bidding documents and instructions on how to submit a bid. Bidders must include the bid reference number above in all enquiries.

Submission deadline: 16 April 2020 at 16:00 CET.

Bids received by the OPCW after the submission due date and time will not be considered.
