Real Estate Brokerage Services for International Staff of the Asian Development Bank

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development bank, was established in 1966. ADB is owned by 68 members, 49 of which are regional members, including Japan, Australia and New Zealand, providing 63.4% of its capital and 19 non-regional members, including the United States, Canada and 17 European countries, providing 36.6% of its capital.

Background of the Request for Proposal

ADB seeks to engage real estate brokers to serve as one of ADB’s accredited real estate brokers to be endorsed to candidates and ADB international staff. The Unit Head, Reward, HR, and Health Services Division (BPRS) or his authorized representative will be the primary liaison between the Contractor and ADB. BPRS will directly administer and monitor the Contractor’s performance.

In particular, ADB wishes to receive Proposals from prospective real estate brokers (hereinafter referred to as Bidders) to serve as one of ADB’s accredited real estate brokers on a retainer basis to be endorsed to candidates and ADB international staff.

Proposals will be evaluated and retainer Contracts will be awarded to the Bidder/s based on a qualification-based selection evaluation results. ADB reserves the right to award a retainer Contract to one or more Bidders based on the bid evaluation results.
