Item Description:
The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the safe removal and transport of the Official Gifts (paintings, tapestries, statues, etc.) from the Geneva HQ Main Building to a new storage location in April 2021, that provides item appropriate storage, and then to ensure their safe return and installation by 2025.
The aim of the project is to ensure their safe care during the renovation of the WHO Geneva Main Building.
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
