Selection of Consulting Company or Firm that would provide short-term experts in the fields of Administration, Human Resource, Finance, Procurement, Security, Engineering, Organizational Design, Management, Legal, Medical, Economists, Development, and related fields

Interested firm must provide information indicating that the consultants are qualified to perform these consultancy services in the fields of Administration, Human Resource, Finance, Procurement, Security, Engineering, Organizational Design, Management, Legal, Medical, Economists, Development, and related fields by providing brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in operation areas, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.

Consultancy firms who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through “Request for Proposal (RFP)”. This RFP will envisage the selection of a firm to undertake the consultancy service in the fields of Administration, Human Resource, Finance, Procurement, Security, Engineering, Organizational Design, Management, Legal, Medical, Economists, Development, and related fields as per the requirement and deliverables in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with a firm that is not fully registered with United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) and not obtained UN Global Market Place (UNGM) Vendor ID Number. Thus, only those firms who are registered or provisionally registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document-RFP. Those interested firms who fulfill the above requirements are required to submit the Completed Vendor Response Form plus all required supplemental documentations through e-mail address mengistu5@un.org and/or assaad@un.org on or before 30 July 2021.
