Item Description:
The UN World Food Programme (WFP), also on behalf of the UN Rome-based Agencies FAO and IFAD, is seeking for external suppliers of stationery supplies, including maintenance of a web-based platform for orders and the related technical/logistic assistance.
Interested companies must complete the EOI format in its entirety. What is required at this point are confirmations for the information requested in Annex I (and not the actual certifications). The other documents being requested are the Chamber of Commerce registration certificate and the last two years audited accounts. Interested companies should send the completed EOI and the requested documents to hq.tenders@wfp.org by the established deadline (28 January 2022 at 16:00 Rome Time).
Interested companies must have business presence in Italy.
