Supply and Delivery of Electrical Material

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Electrical Material to UNMIK MHQ.

UNMIK Facility Management Unit (FMU) needs to keep small quantities of electrical maintenance materials in stock, therefore we need to establish the contract for Electrical Material with a regional supplier, who can, at a short notice, deliver to UNMIK in accordance with its requirements.

These materials include, but not limited to: Cables, Lights, Switches, Sockets, Different Circuit Breakers, Contactors, Fuses, Enclosures, Distribution Boxes, Cable Terminals and other electrical material common to house or office use.

The Contractor shall provide all required services, facilities and personnel, pursuant to the execution of the Contract. All costs incurred in connection to executing the Contract, shall solely be borne by the Contractor.

This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation documents. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
