Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipment

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Road Network Improvement Project. Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipment (“the Goods”) including training for the operations and maintenance.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
