Item Description:
The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals ( IRMCT), Arusha Branch seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered and licensed Companies for an establishment of a long term contract for the for the provision and delivery of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and accessories.
The proposed contract shall be for an initial period of two (2) years with an option of extension for an additional two (2) year periods of one (1) year each.
The detailed scope of requirements, including the technical specifications, will be provided in the IRMCT Solicitation document.
The Interested vendors should submit a fully completed Vendor Response Form to the above-listed email address attaching all supporting documents, clearly marked with the inscription “EOI -Supply and delivery of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and accessories to IRMCT, Arusha Branch”.
N.B : Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid.The IRMCT reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
