Supply and Delivery of NFI Kits and Winter Items

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of CBRR Programme, IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites Interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for Supply and Delivery of NFI Kits and Winter Items (Jalalabad, Kandahar and Kabul provinces).

Interested bidders shall obtain a complete set of the “Instruction to Bidders” from the IOM Logistics Department at the IOM Afghanistan main office at Street No. 4, House No. 27 Ansari Square, Shahr-i-Naw, Kabul from Thursday to Tuesday (12-17 January, 2017) between 09:00hrs until 16:00hrs or sending email to iomkabulprocurement@iom.int

Eligibility for obtaining the complete set of ITB (Instruction to Bidders) is that interested bidders must have sufficient experience in supply and delivery NFI Kits and a valid business license, as per the requirements of the ITB. Interested bidder must provide proper credentials and copy of the business license in order to obtain complete set of the ITB.

A pre-bidding meeting will be held at IOM office on Wednesday 18 January, 2017 at 14:00hrs, where all details of the project will be discussed. The deadline for submission of sealed bids will be Tuesday 24 of January 2017, by 14:00hrs. Late submission of bids will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened at the above address in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend on 24 January, 2017 at 15:30 hours.

IOM reserve the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground IOM action.
