Supply and Delivery of Stationery, Office Supplies and Photocopy Paper to UNFICYP

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and delivery of stationery, office supplies and photocopy paper to UNFICYP HQ, Nicosia, Cyprus.

The duration of the Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each. UNFICYP will not order all items in a single order but will place order on an “as and when required” basis, with no obligation to meet or exceed the estimated quantities. Delivery term is Delivery at Place to UNFICYP Headquarters, Nicosia, Cyprus (Incoterms 2010). The Contract is anticipated to commence within the second quarter of 2021.

An indication of the stationery and office supplies material groups, to be covered under the resultant Contract are as follows: Adhesives and Sealants, Binding Machine Supplies, Boards, Business Use Papers, Calculating Machines and Accessories, Cash Handling Supplies, Correction Media, Cutting, Crimping and Punching Tools, Desk Supplies, Fastening Supplies, Folders and Binders and Indexes, Ink and Lead Refills, Laminating Supplies Locks, Security Hardware and accessories, Mailing Supplies, Measuring and Layout Tools, Novelty Paper, Organisers and Accessories, Planning Systems, Print Shop and Industrial Use Papers, Printing and Publishing Equipment, Printing and Writing Paper, Projectors and Supplies, Rope, Chain, Cable, Wire and Strapa, Tags and Writing Instruments. Photocopy Paper sizes: A3, A4 and A5.

In this regard UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified Vendors are requested to express their interest by providing all relevant information including complete company details and experience profile using the attached Vendor Response Form, also available in our website http://www.unficyp.org.
