Supply and Installation of Electric and Control Equipment (Jinqiao Heating Zone)

Item Description:

The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Low-Carbon District Heating Project in Hohhot in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Installation of Electric and Control Equipment (Jinqiao Heating Zone). Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:30 a.m. (Beijing Time) 16 February 2017. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9:30 a.m. (Beijing Time) 16 February 2017.

CFEITC and the Purchaser will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of the bids.
