Supply and Installation of Furniture

Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites you to submit a competitive quote in USD for the Supply and Installation of Furniture for ADB Kyrgyz Republic Resident Mission (KYRM).

The goods and service shall be delivered in all respects and installed in ADB in accordance with the specifications outlined in Appendix 1 – Work Performance Statement. The contractor shall provide all the necessary supervision, skilled personnel, tools, equipment, testing instruments, transportation, consumable materials, handling and other incidental works and materials, implied or not, that are necessary in the conduct and implementation of a comprehensive service for, and on behalf of ADB.

The RFQ shall be conducted on ADB’s electronic Procurement system, referred to as “eProc”[https://eproc.adb.org]. Interested firms should visit the ADB website on the attached link [See below], register their interest and download the tender documentation. Please note that ADB will only accept bids which are received through the eProc system.

Interested companies should ensure they meet the following mandatory criteria:

1. Have the nationality of the eligible member country where it is constituted, or incorporated, and operates in conformity with the provisions of the laws of that country; and
2. Have not been sanctioned nor be ineligible to enter transactions with ADB or any other multilateral development bank or institution.
3. Have a legal existence as a valid registered company for at least three (3) years in the Kyrgyz Republic, and have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in delivering furniture in Central and West Asia countries. In case of an international company, a Joint Venture with a company meeting this requirement.
4. Have a sound financial and credit position for the past two (2) years (2024 & 2025). As a minimum, the total bidders net worth/total equity, calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities, for the past two years should be positive and/or demonstrate financial capacity through bank-certified credit line, and verifiable by providing either of the following: a) Audited/certified financial statements – Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and/or; b) Bank solvency certificate, if applicable; c) Other equivalent documents, if applicable
