Item Description:
The Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of MFF Power Transmission Investment Program Tranche 3, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Central Vietnam Power Projects Management Board (CPMB) under the authorization of National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and transportation of 500kV and 220kV transformers. The completion period is 240 calendar days from the date of contract signing.
International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
