The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received financing from the ADB and Agençe Française de Développement (AFD)” toward the cost of Skills for Future Economy Sector Development (SFESDP) Project. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries.

The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) Unit (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Information Technology (IT): Computers, Peripherals and software, and Smart Classroom Equipment for Cat-A Institutes-NPIC/ITC (AFD-DGTVET-G-01).

Open Competitive Bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
