Item Description:
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared on three local News Papers and the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website on 1st of February 2019.
The Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) and Kuwait Fund toward the cost of the Freetown WASH and Aquatic Environment Revamping Project (WASHAERP) and intends to apply for additional financing from other sources, including the Organization for Petroleum Exporting Fund for International Development (OFID), Islamic Development Bank (ISDB), Saudi Fund, Green Climate Fund (GCF), ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (NEA) toward co-financing of the project. It is further intended to apply part of the financing to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of Supply, delivery, and installation of Water Meters for Guma Valley Water Company.
The Guma Valley Water Company now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of Water Meters.
