Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of Nepal has received a financing from the ADB toward the cost of Disaster Resilience of Schools Project (DRSP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Central Level Project Implementation Unit, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders or joint ventures for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of output-based PV Solar System Project for 130 Schools.
Open competitive bidding (OCB) with international advertising will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
