Procurement of Vehicles

Item Description:

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a Loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Second Health Care in the Central Highlands Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for Procurement of Vehicles. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Second Health Care in the Central Highlands Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of Vehicles including:

• Lot 1: Ambulances (22 units)
• Lot 2: Pick-up (Epidemic prevention vehicles) (04 units)

These Goods shall be supplied to Health facilities of 5 Project Provinces: Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Lam Dong.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 9:00 AM Hanoi time, 14 February 2017. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount as stated in the Bidding document. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

The Second Health Care in the Central Highlands Project will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.

In the comparison of Bids, ADB’s Domestic Preference Scheme will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Bidding Document.
