Item Description:
The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming tender exercise for supply, installation and maintenance of Digital Printing Machine on a “lease or buy” basis.
This requirement is for local use by UNON’s Publishing Services Section which is a full-service print and publishing provider offering services ranging from advice, desk top publishing, print (digital and traditional offset) along with large format printing and an array of finishing services.
The proposed technology for the digital printing machine will either use Inkjet or Liquied based electrostatic offset printing using blanket image transfer.
The maintenance contract is anticipated to be awarded for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for an additional two years.
