The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The documents are published in publication language chosen by the contracting authority. Description The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework contract for the supply and installation of cabling material for the data communication networks such as the computer, telecommunication, building management system, security and audiovisual networks in the buildings of the GSC.
